Wich it cannot. fs said that a hsqldb release should be able to be done fast, so
just do it, and we can forget about this issue.
But well, if "just" configure holds up the whole fix... :-( The fix has to be in
2.3, so...
But be prepared to get issues wrt that it's not buildable because it requires a
not-existing hsqldb version...
Yes, I can make the hsqldb maintainer change the manifest, too himself but that
would be a hack and simply lying about the version.
