So it will be changed by our user experience team everytime it wish to show other properties within such title. Last change was made to hide extensions for such title .-) At least the only solution is to use the TDoc-UCP-URLs as unique ID. Comparing titles isnt an option in general. Even the new title framework feature wont support that.
