The "Format" dialog called from the Find&Replace dialog has no options checked
by default. If you don't define any option in the Format dialog for the replace
string, the replace string won't have any format change.
In your case: you are searching for "superscript automatic" and want to replace
it with "Normal" so you need to define "Normal" in the Format dialog for the
replace string.
Not superscript, not normal, not subscript doesn't switch to normal but to...
nothing.
