So for the new document toolbar button, you'd use TP_SPLITBUTTON and TP_SPLITBUTTONDROPDOWN, since clicking the left part (with the icon) would result in a new document directly, while clicking the right part (with the downward arrow) would open a menu. In the attachment, it is clearly visible that the leftmost button is drawn wrongly, it should be styled like the rightmost button.
