Hi, Louis,

Support can help or else whoever is in charge of the web services can. There
are several options, most don't involve CollabNet. The CMS gets in the way,
turn it off so that static HTML can be served up unadulterated. It *is* a big
deal since it limits who can participate in website maintenance. "everyone"
knows HTML and even more know wiki, both are quick to work with. CMS are
neither known nor quick to work with.

I have been more than patient. The problem on a normal webserver (Apache or
Lighttpd) would be solved in minutes. That the request has dragged on since May
is more than inappropriate. There is a post from two weeks ago labelled Sridhar
alluding to "research". Has the two weeks of research turned up anyone able to
modify the configuration of a webserver or change the A record of a DNS entry?
