On PC I installed without uninstalling 1.1.2; on the other I did uninstall 1.1.2. Neither installation gave me an option during setup to "upgrade" or otherwise update the earlier installed version. In both cases, the 2.0 version did not use the same settings I had for the 1.1.2 version that had been installed. As a semi-sophisticated computer user ... I can tell you that's a huge nuisance to have to go back in and set-up my preferences, settings, toolbar buttons, etc. again.
