------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Aug 25 21:39:16 +0000 2007 ------- Reading the other log, looks like some fopen fails, but the reason it too dark for me: open("/opt/openoffice.org2.2/program/soffice", O_RDONLY|O_LARGEFILE) = 3 ioctl(3, SNDCTL_TMR_TIMEBASE or TCGETS, 0xbfc578f8) = -1 ENOTTY (Inappropriate ioctl for device) ENOTTY means the specified request doesn't apply to the associated object with the descriptor ( from man ioctl() in french : ENOTTY La requête spécifiée ne s’applique pas au type d’objet associé avec le descripteur d. ) Other suggestions : If you didn't, did you check the rights of soffice and soffice.bin, or the files it tries to open/write at launch ? Same for the directory rights ? What about the Debian Bug Tracker ? No issue nor similar crashes ? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
