Like in Adobe Reader or Internet Explore or Windows Explorer we need a "back
button" (& forward). This is especially usefull for navigating huge
spreadsheets. Using the named sections is cumbersome when youre continually
adding to the sheet and have over 100 names to choose from. Using the button
must not undo any editing actions as the undo button would. It must be for
navigation purposes only. A list (drop down) of your history would be usefull.

Personally I'd like this to be a priority since I must record my own macros to
navigate the sheet and even that's a pain. So many apps have "back" these days,
it can't be too difficult.

Thank you very much for your good work. You've changed the way the e-world
works. Smile.
