------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Aug 29 02:53:35 +0000 2007 ------- I have a database "linked" to an Access database. I have a field in a table that should allow nulls, I correctly set it in the table design view. However, after a few entries, Base suddenly decides that the field does indeed require a non-null entry and can't be convinced otherwise. Opening the table editor reveals that Base thinks an entry isn't required. Any attempt to leave a record with a blank entry in that field receives a popup window saying: "Error updating the current record." There is already another NULL in this field in the table, which Base seems okay with. The fields in the table are: Building_Question Short, District_Question Short, HTML_Color_Word VarChar, result_ID, Long primary key Score_Value Short (this is the one that won't take anymore Nulls) Text VarChar Saving, closing and restarting Base seems to fix the problem temporarily. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
