Note that the ParagraphProperties do implement both NumberingLevel and
ParaChapterNumberingLevel. The first one is implemented as INT16 and the second
one as INT8 and does currently seem to be read-only.
I think NumberingLevel should not be changed to ParaChapterNumberingLevel but
the new entry for ParaChapterNumberingLevel needs to be added.
