It looks like we will have to. It won't matter for our Linux and Windows users,
as long as your builds are
accessing the file each time, because those builds will contain our latest
translation.
It's only a major hassle for me, because I use Mac Intel, so I can't test our
current translation. And I'm the
person doing most (if not all) of the translation, fixes and QA.
