AW: I can also reproduce. Cursor is shortly visible when typing, but not when
typing pauses/stops. I will need to check.
AW: Has to do with scroll speed. When setting to 1000ms, cursor blinks. Looks
like as if cursor blink timer is resetted at every repaint. This will not be in
VCL, but somehow triggered from the application.
