------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Sep 7 18:29:56 +0000 2007 ------- With Cygwin on WinXP the great new feature to specify a LOCALINSTALLDIR does indeed create an office installation at the desired place but the file system rights are set wrongly. The files only have read permission, not even executable permission is set. So starting soffice.exe is not possible.
