Note: I'm not sure if this issue forms part of the code or ui subcomponent.

1. Install 2.0 Beta (m79).
2. Run setup.exe again.
3. Select "Repair" and reboot computer.
Registration wizard is displayed. Note: Had already completed the registration
as part of the initial install.
4. Click "Next" to move to the "License Agreement" window.
- The License Agreement pane is blank and the scroll bar elevator is the full
length of the pane and cannot be moved.
- The Accept button is dimmed and cannot be activated as there is no license
text to scroll through.
- Can only decline the license agreement, and after confirmation the decline
option you are existed from the programme. That is, you cannot start run
OpenOffice.org.

Workaround: Run setup.exe again and this time choose "Modify". The registration
form is not displayed and I can successfully start the OpenOffice.org programme.
