Currently we do support F11 to call the Styles and Formatting floating window,
Ctrl+F11 for the modal Style Catalog and Shift + F11 to create a new style.
Since the Style Catalog can not be reached via the normal Writer menu anymore, I
would propose to use this shortcut to set the focus to the style LB instead. The
Styles and Formatting float can be controlled by keyboard too and so we do not
need the Style Catalog for accessibility anymore.
