Microsoft Windows XP Home SP2, Chinese (Traditional char).
OpenOffice 2.2.1, Chinese (Traditional char).

1. Open three files, so that they are three different buttons
on the Windows task bar at the bottom edge of the screen,
instead of all collapsed together. Now I have two Writes
and one Calc, but the same problem also happens with three Writes.

2. Click on them at random order.

3. You will find that at times, when you use the mouse to click on a button
(but do not release it yet), it selects a wrong button
to be depress (temporarily) and the corresponding wrong
file displayed (temporarily). When you release the mouse button,
the correct file will be selected.

Thanks.
