This particular feature does exist in Project Tracker where the user is allowed
to modify the comments . Also since IZ is in an Maintenance Phase we would be
unable to process any new feature request for IZ unless if proved very critical
for the normal functioning of the bug tracking tool .
Based on the comments provided above moving this issue to resolved later queue.
