I found out, that the problem is caused by the arrow.
Please remove all objects, except the arrow from the document.

Then select, copy and paste it as bitmap: Now you can see that the white area is
bigger than the minimum box around the arrow!


I found out more:

In draw, objects can be selected by "pulling" rectangles with the mouse. Objects
that are COMPLETELY within that rectangle are selected after releasing the left
mouse button.

If you try to select the arrow with that method by pulling a rectangle that has
exactly the size of the arrow or minimal bigger, the arrow is NOT selected!

The selection-rectangle has to be a bit bigger as the minimum box around the
arrow. It looks like this "more size" that is needed to select the arrow is
exactly the border that is copied/exported.

I hope you understand what I mean. Please let me know if you need a better
description.
