Hi,
Thank you for contacting Collabnet Support Operations. Please note that there is
an inbuilt facility for the Domain Administers to add/edit public keys for the
new/old users. Hence we would request using the facility provided to your
maximum advantage by internally processing and uploading the public keys. This
would allow you to reduce the dependency factor on Collabnet Support for your
day-to-day operations.
