------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Sep 26 10:45:19 +0000 2007 ------- I tested the following situations: - opening files (right click, "open with OOo calc") in konqueror (webdav://server/data/test.xls / no ssl): fails - using own OOo calc file dialog (webdav://server/data/test.xls / no ssl): fails - using own OOo calc file dialog (http://server/data/test.xls / no ssl): success (as expected from http) - from console (webdav://server/data/test.xls / no ssl): fails - from console (http://server/data/test.xls / no ssl): success Only http access works (even the user authentification dialog pops up). The web site is password protected, I should've mentioned this. I tried to test the behaviour on windows and I'm sorry to say that I'm having issues convincing windows to use basic authentification for the non-ssl webdav source. The webdav server is based on Debian 4.0 (stable). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
