A text file with an unknown extension will always load slower than a text file
with extension "txt" as we always try to detect the file format by reading some
bytes and checking them. As we have quite a lot of formats to check this can
take a few seconds. In case the file has the extension "txt" we check for all
filters that know that extension first and the Writer text filter is one of
them, so the detection is very fast.
Nothing else we can do for that.
