Running OOo 2.3 (official version from OOo web site) under Ubuntu Dapper (6.06). I noticed that the problem comes from the pic representing the little earth planet. Its url is : https://wiki.ubuntu.com/htdocs/ubuntu/img/u-www.png and OOo crashes after displaying the frame holder for the pic. But it can't reach the target. If I save the page with the Firefox Scrapbook extension, no problem. What's the difference with Mandriva ??? A firewall default configuration setting perhaps ?
