------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Oct 1 10:21:29 +0000 2007 ------- When sorting unformatted and formatted text, the text/cell formatting is ignored and the contents of the cells are sorted. e.g. 1) Type 1 through 5 in A1:A5 2) Again type 1 through 5 in A6:A10 3) Format the values in cells A6:A10 (as bold, italics or underlined, etc.) 4) Sort the list (A1:A10) 5) What is expected: The values are sorted along with formatting, so that every alternate cell has formatted values. 6) What happens: The sort function ignores formatting and the cells A1:A5 remain unformatted, and the cells A6:A10 contain formatted values. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
