The help file still indicates that this should be true, but it is not working. [further testing...] Okay, I just realized part of the problem. I had opened an Excel worksheet in OOo and that seems to have disabled the Zoom field function. If I open up a new OOo Spreadsheet document then the Zoom field seems to function correctly. This is occurring in v1.9.79, which I *think* is the latest.
