This is another case where the fact that the help window is "just" another
Writer/Web window causes side effects. I am cc'ing Andreas. In the mid term we
need to find a way to replace the current help display component with something
really independent.

As to the smarttags, I would consider them a feature. I actually wanted to try
to use them for some clever actions inside the help. However, it actually seems
that some smart tags are not that smart. Replacing simple strings like
"Description" or "Title" may not be that smart a thing to do.

The screen probably shows an extreme example for "dumb-tagging" that would also
distract a user in a normal document.

The current options are:

(a) keep it as it is (all smart tags would also affect help files)
(b) disable smart tags in the help
(c) disable smart tags in any r/o document that try to change the text

I vote for (c) so we can still benefit from smart tags that, for example, call
URLs to offer additional information.
