Looking at the mime types available for attachments to IssueTracker, eg,
http://www.openoffice.org/
issues/createattachment.cgi?id=44513, I see "Plain text (text/plain)" --and
"Plain text (text/txt). I shall
delete the second entry, which is causing the problem.
