2007 -------
Sometimes user puts into cell something, that is e.q. text output of function,
however it looks like number. User changes the cell format to be a "number",
however this dosen't change the content that is still text infact.

Then user attempts to do some mathematical operation, and it fails because the
cell content is text.


Could there be some test mechanism? For example, a checkbox in Cell Format tab
"check for consistence". If checked, any attemp to do cell format change would
call a test, that would display warning, if the user specified cell format
dosen't match with the cell content.
