Alan, I change the project and the owner to get a faster treatment. "tm" is a QA
engineer and usually not used to handle patches. There's also always a certain
risk that issues send to QA engineers stay unnoticed for days or weeks, even if
they are patch issues.
So to make sure that your patches get integrated as fast as possible but you
don't know whom you shall assign the issue to please assign it to the project
lead.
