In Writer there's an icon to highlight a portion of a text with a color. It is
not working properly however when one tries to remove the highlight. The icon
does not remember the setting. The bug is present in 2.3 and older versions od
Writer, tested on Windows and Linux.

To reproduce:

1. Write two words in Writer, and highlight one of them with some color using
the icon.
2. Select the other word and click the icon again. It gets highlighted.
3. Remove the highlighting using the icon (click on arrow, then select 'no
highlighting'). The highlight is removed.
4. Now select the other word which is still highlighted, and click the icon.
Highlight is not removed.
