2007 -------
Under Windows try the following:
- mount a network-path to a drive-letter
  *Important*: you MUST NOT have offline-files on this drive
- create a new, let's say, writer document, type "test" as text and save it to
the avove mentioned network-drive (any sub-directory and file-name you like)
- now unplug the network-cable and wait until Windows recognized it
- re-plug the network-cable and wait until Windows regocnized it
- change the text in the writer document and try to save
=> IO-error-Dialog occurs

Workarround: save-as the document to a local directory to save the data
*Warning*: in some cases using calc I detected that there may be no chance to
save-as the document to a local directory as the io-error-dialog occurs anyway!
(unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce this in a small example, otherwise I
would have provided you with that)
