------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Oct 12 05:14:44 +0000 2007 ------- Refer: Issue 54636 (almost related but not quite) When I have a document that contain of texts and "en dash" characters in Helvetica (only) font, I cant get the "en dash" character in the pdf file after I exported the document to PDF but the rest of the characters are displayed. I try to compare different computer with the same version of Open Office installed (V 2.3), some of the computer has Helvetica font (and the "en dash" appear in the pdf file), some of the computer has only Helvetica-Narrow and some of them dont have both.
