The hidden attribute is really there in the word original .docs, it is just that
it has no effect in word in terms of showing the comment itself while it does in
writer.

I think that last attachment shows that if the range of text that the comment is
anchored into is given the character attribute "hidden" then word will show the
comment anyway, while we will not. I do not see a workaround in the ww8 import
filter that can work around this in general. Just ignoring the hidden attribute
if just the comment 0x5 anchor is affected is a tempting hack, but doesn't cover
the general situation of the final demo where the hidden affects the range that
contains the comment anchors as well as other text.
