As of m233 when building OOo on Mac OS X you have to explictly use --disable-gtk
when you're building with --disable-build-mozilla.

Since gtk on the Mac most of the times is only needed when building Mozilla
within OOo -disable-gtk should be default when using --disable-build-mozilla.

If you want gtk support but still want to use --without-build-mozilla it could
be thought of an --enable-gtk for Mac OS X.
