Suggest either having the cell recalc when formula opened for editing, or adding a "recalc this cell" command. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Turn AutoRecalc off. 2. Create a couple of RANDs or RANDBETWEENs. Also demonstrated by multiple formulae referencing the same data when one of the data is changed. 3. Try to refresh the cell by clicking in formula bar and <enter>ing out. Nothing happens.
