This is a three-in-one bug and I have three different solutions :-) :
Attachment id23720:
The description is too long. We cannot move down the description box, because
there is already the box the the size of the features. So we need shorter module
descriptions to fix this task

I fixed this in my cws nativefixer5. This was a problem that occured only in the
FileType Dialog -> setting this task to fixed.
Attachment id23722:
This is a bigger problem, because the dialog.idt that contains the dialog titles
is not translated. We wil not fix this for OOo 2.0
For fixing attachment id23721 I add this task to my cws and set it to fixed.
