Since I do not have Word, I am opening it up on another PC with Windows Vista. When I opened the attached .doc with OOo Writer, the document does not look right, the fields are skewed, and there is a least 1 section that can not be read at all. I have highlighted this last item in one of my attachments; it compares a Quick View & OOo view of document.
