Some links in c++ documentation lead to the wrong entity, some are missing,
though the entity exists.

Examples:
1. http://api.openoffice.org/docs/cpp/ref/names/c-uno_Context.html
Link to "uno_Environment" is missing, though
http://api.openoffice.org/docs/cpp/ref/names/t-uno_Environment.html exists.

2. In
http://api.openoffice.org/docs/cpp/ref/names/cppu/OBroadcastHelperVar/o.html#addListener-1226
"keyType" is linked to some alien typedef, though this is a local template
parameter.

3. In
http://api.openoffice.org/docs/cpp/ref/names/osl/Condition/o.html#operator=-4
"Condition" is linked to salhelper::Condition instead to the just documented
class osl::Condition.
