I'm unsure whether this is a UI issue or printing.

In Excel, highlighting a range and selecting print range will output said data
while respecting the page setup (ie. fit to page or width/height). In Calc,
selecting a range and printing will result in the entire document printing out.
Preview will show this as well. If you define the selection as a print range
then it works as expected. I believe Excel treats a current selection as a
defined print range for the purposes of printing. Calc should replicate this
behaviour.

Steps to replicate:

1) Open a new spreadsheet
2) Fill a range with data such that it exceeds the normal page width for your
font size
3) Select a portion of that data
4) Set the scaling mode to "Fit print range" to "1 page"
5) Print using "Selection"

I am using OO build 2.3.0.1.90 on Linux.
