Although it is likely a system setting, it is no doubt a conflict with the installer package currently being used for Oo. To recap previous posts: - Two Toshiba Sattellite laptops - One purchased July 2007. One purchased August 2007. - Same OS. Same Microsoft Updates installed. - Same OEM software bundle. - Same system settings. - Same installation technique. Two completely separate results. Most "Control Panel" settings already at Default or Recommended setting. Changed any others to Default and Recommended and re-attempted. No joy.
