2007 -------
Fixed readme.xrm is attatched - all paragraphIDs are now unique within one
section.
This file also includes a fix for i82813.
Also added one blank before the closing "/>":
<Paragraph id="emptyparagraph" localized="false" />
so some compilers perhaps may recognize it better now.
