I think grouping this under en_ZA is a much better and cleaner idea. The Affix file has spaces at the end because we inherit it from the en_GB. I'd rather not change that if we can avoid it as it make comparing them easier. Unless of course we cleanup en_GB also. The character in the .dic is fine. But I'm regenerating just to be sure. I've removed the spaces from the README.
