If I think about instatiating the wizard from BASIC mostly anything seems to be in place. On the dad-sevice: definitively useful when importing external data sources, otherwise a workaround (e.g. making a temporary registered database) would be needed. On the error reporting: 5 for having the line or record number failing on in the exception message shown to the user 4.5 for knowing the column position (.csv) or field (table) causing the error 3 or less for detailed detection and description of the exact error cause. 1 for trying to do some automatic repair or recovery.
