It prints 2 pages as expected (also with collate unchecked). Than I have tested MS Word 2003 SP3. It behaves like OOo. It works with the real printer, but not with the PDF printer. This irritates me because I think to remember that it has not worked (maybe in older 2.x releeases) in OOo. This was the reason why I have checked this again (but this time with a PDF printer) and filed this issue. But now it works like MS Word. So this may be not a bug.
