Let go of Alt. * Press Alt+W. Expected behaviour: "File" menu closes, "Window" menu opens. Actual behaviour: "File" => "Wizards" submenu opens. The reason for the behaviour is that when the Alt key is pressed DOWN, OpenOffice leaves the menu open. Correct behaviour is for it to disappear.
