I tried creating a manual form from within the Base module linked to the table in the TimeSheet1 ODB file and this form looked like it was saved, but upon closing of the form window, OOo crashed again. Needless to say, the recovery process didn't recover the form (obviously stored in transient memory and not written to the ODB file stream).
