I observed the following defects: (1) Open your given sample document from 2007-09-19. Switch to the Print Preview. The default Print Preview layout is 2x1. If the all columns fit into the window width, the pages are horizontal centered anymore. (2) Open your given sample document from 2007-09-19. Switch to the Print Preview. Choose Print Preview layout 4x3 and zoom in as far as less than three columns fit into the window width. Now use the horizontal scrollbar. You will observe, that moving the scrollbar to the left will move the window content to the right and vice versa.
