------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Mar 14 12:30:42 -0800 2005 ------- Our beta testers are having a problem with the UI in Impress when working with a pasted spreadsheet. If you copy a spreadsheet into Impress and then do not use the Shift-Click to resize the aspect ratio gets change (which is fine). However, when you attempt to edit the pasted sheet by double-clicking on it the aspect changes mess up the presentation of the sheet in the edit widget. The fonts are mashed together and on top of one another, even though there isn't a reason for them to be. You have to put the pasted sheet back to "Original Size" to fix it. Shot1 is a pasted sheet. Shot2 is that same sheet, resized with aspect ratio change. Shot3 is what you see when you double-click on the sheet to edit. Room for fonts to display correctly, but letters are overlapped. [Our users have been giving negative feedback in the way this works and don't understand ratios and font changes. When you resize a pasted spreadsheet in Powerpoint, it changes the amount of real estate used, but does not change the font point size. OOo works as a technical person would expect, but end users are having problems using the product as it works now]. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
