2007 -------
1. When writing code documentation, it shall be possible to mark names of code
entites by a preceding "->" like in:
/** This class uses ->::abc::HelperClass for ... */

The markup used in IDL-files with <type></type> or <member></member> becomes
unnecessary.

2. Remove the differentiation of HTML versus non-HTML that autodoc needs so far,
combine both:
- The most common HTML tags are always recognized. 
- An empty line starts a new paragraph.
- Indentations are recognized as extra, indented, lines.
- The use of @HTML or @NOHTML becomes meaningless.
