I am using OpenOffice to edit an online openacess journal, Verniana, http://JV.Gilead.org.il/studies, and use export to pdf and xhtml to generate the galleys (I separate the xhml to body and css for display). Howver, the fact I cannot use endnotes is very disturbing.
