Need to provide an additional path to set or remove a document password. Current
mechanism is likely to cause user confusion under several circumstances. Request
provide field somewhere in Tools|Options dialog to set or remove document
password.

Currently
when creating new document...
o select File|Save
o enter file name
o check 'Save with password' option
o click OK enter password when prompted and click OK again

when saving existing document...
o open document
o make changes
o select File|Save from menu or click Save tool bar button

The above is straightforward and works well. However user confusion is likely to
result in the following scenarios

when applying password to existing document...
o open document
o select File|Save as (ordinary user wouldn't know to do this and would question
why it needs to be done)
o check 'Save with password' option
o click OK
o warning is displayed indicating document already exists and asking if it is
okay to replace it (again, for ordinary user thought would be "don't want to
replace document just want to password protect it" and any other change they
make to document supports that idea because they only need to click Save tool
bar button to save the changes)

when removing password from existing document...
o open document
o select File|Save as (ordinary user wouldn't know to do this and would question
why it needs to be done)
o uncheck 'Save with password' option
o click OK
o warning is displayed indicating document already exists and asking if it is
okay to replace it (again, for ordinary user thought would be "don't want to
replace document just want to password protect it" and any other change they
make to document supports that idea because they only need to click Save tool
bar button to save the changes)

User understanding of these tasks would be enhanced by providing a field in
Tools|Options dialog where user could set or remove password. Then they would be
able to save that change to the document in the same fashion that every other
document change is saved, by clicking the Save tool bar button or selecting
File|Save from the menu. This way "...replace document?..." dialog is not
presented to user who just wants to save a change, e.g. added or removed
password, to their document.
